A: Global standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. We will provide a tracking number so you can track your package at any time.

Q: How long does a custom figure take?
A: Custom orders require a production time of approximately 4-6 weeks. Once crafting is complete, it will take an additional 7-15 days for shipping to reach you.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $50! For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply based on your destination.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that we do not accept bank transfers or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q: Do I need to pay in full for custom orders?
A: Yes, full payment is required at the time of purchase for custom orders so our artists can begin the design and production process immediately.

A: We use high-quality resin for the head sculpts and a durable articulated body. The jerseys are handmade from real fabric, ensuring high detail and authenticity.

Q: Can I customize a figure of any player?
A: Yes! We can customize any active or retired football legend. Simply provide a clear reference photo and the kit style you desire.

Q: How should I care for my figure?
A: We recommend displaying your figure in a cabinet away from direct sunlight. To clean, gently dust with a soft brush. Do not wash with water or use chemical cleaners.​​


Returns & After-Sales

Q: What is your return policy?

  • In-Stock Items: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original packaging and condition.
  • Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. However, we will send you photos for approval before shipping to ensure satisfaction.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your figure arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or repair for you immediately.
