    • Because custom figures are handmade, minor variations may occur. These are not considered defects but rather part of the unique artistic process.
    • Approval: For custom orders, we may provide photos for your approval before shipping. Once approved and shipped, the product design is considered final.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.
  • Custom Orders: Full payment is required upfront to begin production.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs departments or shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
